Masa Gros is an european artist, born in 1977 in Celje, Slovenia.

She has dedicated to the arts and creativity quite early and started to exhibit in Slovenia in 1997-1998 and later on in many foreign countries such as USA, Spain, Italy...gaining public recognition and support.
She obtained a diploma in Visual Arts in 1999, when joining the International Art School under the leadership of the world known artist Mr Joze Ciuha, who has dedicated a great critique as well, while observing the progress in her work. Later on, after returning from the States, Masa has opened several exhibitions in Slovenia and abroad, where her work was published in the Italian art magazine, a couple of catalogues throughout Italy and she has been given a unique critique, ana award for being the first Slovenian artist performing in the area ( Ferrandina - L'Artista , Trieste - Salone di Arte Contemporanea ).
She has also dedicated to a special project in the city where she lives, by writing a vision, the idea of dedicating the art studios to the artists in the old city center and increase, release the cultural life and art. The project was accepted a year later.

With more than 50 exhibitions, critiques, publications, interviews and other art related work, the art of Masa Gros is now spreading out in many countries : Venezuela, Africa, Germany, Holland, Austria, France, connecting the art, culture, people and ideas...

From hand-made unique greeting cards design to fashion, decoration, sculpturing, writing, jewelry making, interior material paintings, murals, Masa Gros explores everything and stays opened to her public.

Throughout her 13 years career, she has created many paintings, interior designs, illustrations, has presented jewelry collections and has written poetry and thoughts.All the paintings and works are unique pieces, some of them still in a private collection, some of them in art lovers'new homes.
Masa Gros travelled a lot, lived in America, Spain, France, Croatia...and now currently in Slovenia. She speaks many languages such as English, Slovene, Croatian, Serbian, some basic Spanish, Italian and German.

Dedicated to the Art, cultural and alternative projects , she has organized many exhibitions, while performing art exhibitions, creating children programs, performing the poetry, writing the thoughts and many other projects for the future.
Thanks to her pursuing, dedication, love and success, while also obtaining public support and understanding from the crowd, she is expanding art programs and presentations individually as well as through the vision of the Art Establishment ''KUD Art Studio Gros''.
President and art leader of KUD Art Studio Gros, she dedicates to youth and social awarness, developing and writing programs, ideas and looking for most positive solutions. Her mission is not only expressing through the Arts, but also through her life-style.

She is currently working on a project with the President of Republic of Slovenia - Dr Drnovsek and his establishment, creating a unique painting for "Gibanje '' - The movement for equal rights and development. Some of her written thought can be found on the website of this establishment as well.
