Price and Modification

Payment for purchases is made at the customer's choice by:

 

- PayPal -

When you pay with Paypal, a 5% commission fee is added to the total amount, these fees are your responsibility unless we have previously agreed to it. - Bank transfer -

When you pay by bank transfer, you will be responsible for the transaction costs. Our bank details will be communicated to you so that you can proceed to payment as soon as possible. The related bank charges remain your responsibility. You agree that the products displayed on the Site may be, at any time, unavailable and / or withdrawn from the Site, until receipt of your payment. If your payment is not received within 5 days, Capsuisse GmbH reserves the right to cancel your order. The products remain our property until you have fulfilled all your obligations against us, and in particular until full payment of your purchase. The risks relating to the delivered goods are transferred to the buyer upon delivery.

 

- Credit card and Payment -

Transport

We offer you the possibility to add, or not, the amount of the cost of transport to your order. - Transport organised by us -

Delivery times will be defined by the transport company. The products will be insured according to their value. Transport and insurance costs are your responsibility unless agreed in advance.

 

- Transport organised by you -

You have the possibility to organise the delivery of your product yourself, you just have to tell us by email. We will inform you by email of the receipt of your payment and only upon receipt of your payment, you can organise the transport of your purchases. All the contact details and necessary information will be sent to you in this email.

 

- Customs charges -

Any order placed on the Site and delivered outside the country of origin may be subject to possible taxes and customs duties which are imposed when the package reaches its destination. These customs duties and any taxes related to the delivery of a product are your responsibility and are your responsibility. Refund Policy

- Returns -

For any distance sale, the withdrawal period is 7 days from delivery. Any return must be reported to Capsuisse GmbH within 7 calendar days. You must provide proof of the delivery date in order to benefit from the Withdrawal Period. The means of the said return will be at the initiative, convenience and expense of the customer. In any case, We can not be held to organise the return of the canceled goods. Upon receipt of the goods, and after checking that they are in good condition, We will reimburse the sums collected for the returned goods, with the exception of the initial shipping costs. Otherwise, no refund can be due.

 

- Damaged Product -

We advise you to carefully check the condition and conformity of the goods delivered before signing the delivery slip. If your product is damaged or non-compliant, We advise you to indicate on the order form your reservations (brief description of anomalies or deteriorations) and to affix your signature. If no reservation is made at the time of delivery, You will forfeit your recourse to the carrier.
